At The Inner Café, we offer an online space for group conversations, designed to encourage connections and create opportunities for shared conversation. In other words, being present with others.

The Inner Café provides a space for conversation and shared reflection.

Our Online Conversation Space
Below you will find some of the different types of conversations we might encounter within our online spaces. Our approach focuses on creating an environment where you are invited to share your thoughts and experiences and where others may simply listen.
Each conversation space is a small, gently facilitated group of up to 4 participants (small group) or up to 8 participants (bigger group).
There is no pressure to speak, no expectation to respond and no goal to reach - just a calm environment for conversation to unfold naturally.

Open reflection circles
A gently facilitated, open conversation space where participants can bring whatever is on their mind. A quiet open space to share what's been on your mind - or simply listen.
Themed conversations
A gently guided conversation around a shared theme, offering a starting point for reflection while leaving space for your own experiences to unfold.
Listening circles
A quieter space centred on listening - where each person has the opportunity to speak without interruption, and to be heard without judgement or response.
Gentle prompt conversations
We offer a few reflective prompts to guide the conversation. A softly guided conversation with a few reflective prompts to help you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own space.
Quiet presence conversations
A space where speaking is optional and silence is welcome. A calm, quiet space where nothing is expected of you. You're welcome to sit in silence, listen or share - whatever feels right in the moment.
