The Inner Café provides facilitated group conversation spaces designed for open discussion and shared human experience. It is not therapy, counselling or a clinical service.

By accessing or participating in The Inner Café , you agree to the terms outlined below.

The Inner Café provides a space for conversation and shared reflection.

It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling or professional mental health support. If you are experiencing distress, please seek support from a qualified professional.

1. Nature of the Service (Not Therapy or Support Services)

The Inner Café provides facilitated online group conversation spaces for general discussion and shared human experience.

It does not provide therapy, counselling, medical advice, diagnosis, or any form of clinical or professional mental health service.

Participation is not a substitute for professional support. If you require medical or psychological assistance, you should contact a qualified professional.

2. No Professional Relationship

Participation in The Inner Café does not create any therapeutic, medical, advisory, or professional relationship between facilitators and participants.

Facilitators do not act in a clinical, advisory, or caregiving capacity.

3. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and level of engagement during and after participation.

You acknowledge that participation in group conversations may involve emotional reflection and agree that you participate at your own risk. You should only engage in a way that feels appropriate for you.

Participants should also treat conversations within The Inner Café with respect and discretion. As conversations take place in a group setting, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Participants are asked not to share personal information or details discussed by others outside of the space.

The Inner Café is not responsible for information voluntarily shared by participants during conversations.

4. Community Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully and considerately with others at all times.

Abusive, discriminatory, harmful, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.

The Inner Café reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any participant who does not comply with these standards.

7. Online Participation & Third-Party Platforms

Sessions take place online using third-party platforms.

The Inner Café is not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or platform performance.

Participants are responsible for their own equipment, internet connection, and private environment.

The Inner Café is not liable for any privacy breaches resulting from a participant’s environment or technology use.

8. Safeguarding & Crisis Use

The Inner Café is not suitable for individuals in crisis or requiring urgent mental health support.

If you are experiencing distress or an emergency, you should contact appropriate emergency or mental health services.

Participation should only occur when it is safe and appropriate for you to do so.

9. Right to Remove Participants

The Inner Café reserves the right to remove, suspend, or restrict access to any participant at its sole discretion, at any time, including during a session, without prior notice.

10. Indemnity

By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Inner Café, its facilitators, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation.

11. Agreement

By accessing, registering for, or participating in The Inner Café, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Inner Café reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
