Step 2: Receive link

Shortly after you've booked your available date and time, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email will have your link to your online meet. It is recommended to pin or flag this email, so you can find your link easily and be ready to join the online platform without any hassle.

You will also find a sign-up form in the email. This sign-up form allows us to provide a smoother individual experience and natural flow for our online conversation.

Step 3: Join online platform

Each conversation space is held by a facilitator whose role is to maintain structure and ensure the conversation remains respectful and balanced.

The facilitator may:

introduce the topic or prompt

support the flow of conversation

help maintain the structure of the conversation space

The facilitator does not:

provide advice or guidance

interpret what is shared

offer emotional, therapeutic, or psychological support

direct personal reflection or outcomes

Your role in the conversation space:

Your participation is entirely optional in how you engage.

You may choose to:

speak

listen

observe

There is no requirement to share personal experiences or contribute in a specific way.

You are free to engage at your own pace. Groups are designed to have up to 8 participants to allow a smooth flow of conversation.

Before you join

You do not need to prepare anything in advance, other than a drink and a quiet space.

Online spaces are designed to be simple and accessible, allowing you to join as you are.

You may choose to step back or leave at any time if you need to.

We do encourage participants to complete the sign up form linked in their confirmation email, before entering the space. This helps us facilitate the direction of the conversation based on the topic with most votes by your group.

A note on conversation spaces

Each conversation space is shaped by the people who attend it.

Different perspectives and experiences may naturally arise through conversation.

There is no expectation of outcome, insight, or personal reflection — only the opportunity to take part in a shared conversation space.

It does not provide advice, diagnosis, interpretation, or any form of professional support.

Participation is voluntary and based on personal choice.

You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after participation.
