A gently facilitated, open conversation space where participants can bring whatever is on their mind. A quiet open space to share what's been on your mind - or simply listen.

Themed conversations

A gently guided conversation around a shared theme, offering a starting point for reflection while leaving space for your own experiences to unfold.

Listening circles

A quieter space centred on listening - where each person has the opportunity to speak without interruption, and to be heard without judgement or response.

Gentle prompt sessions

We offer a few reflective prompts to guide the conversation. A softly guided session with a few reflective prompts to help you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own space.

Quiet presence sessions

A space where speaking is optional and silence is welcome. A calm, quiet space where nothing is expected of you. You're welcome to sit in silence, listen or share - whatever feels right in the moment.
